When he says around 13:00 that we're going to "refocus on Afghanistan," does he mean get all of our troops out of that godforsaken rock-country and let whoever the fuck wants to be "in charge?" Or does he means we're going to try to "stabilize" that country's political situation like we have stabilized Iraq? 'Cause I hope it's the former.
